News & Publication by 2018 Ecsite Conference
James Beacham and the Enders sisters will be delivering this year's keynote speeches.
The social events at the Ecsite conference are a must-go for great networking opportunities and an enjoyable time. Here's a preview for #Ecsite2018
Dear speaker and/or convenor at the #Ecsite2018 conference,
The conference programme is live. You can now see at what date and time your session is and start planning your trip to Geneva. Note: your session's title and abstract might have been edited by the Ecsite team, so you don't panic if you don't find it right the way!
On the two days preceding the conference, a wide range of indepth training courses will be offered, on experience design, social inclusion and diversity, marketing and much more.
Hands On! International Association of Children in Museums is organising three different sessions at the #Ecsite2018 conference, exploring various aspects of the conflict between creating interactive environments encouraging physical activity and keeping visitors safe. They're looking for speakers - will it be you?
Geneva is a popular destination for both leisure and business, so don't wait up: book your accommodation well in advance to secure the best available rates
Session accepted? What if an extra speaker from outside of the science centre and museum field made it even better? Know such an eye-opener or paradigm shifter? If you can convince the Programme Committee that they're bringing a new perspective to your session, they could attend for free. Applications by 27 January
Deadline for working on your session abstract is already 27 January. Abstracts will then be “frozen” and edited by the Ecsite team.
Online registration for the 2018 Ecsite Annual Conference in Geneva will be opening on Valentine's day (14 February). To celebrate, we are collecting stories of encounters at the conference that led to long-lasting friendships, fruitful collaborations, creative projects or even love stories. Send your contribution by 20 January.
Still time to share your new touring exhibition or your exciting non-profit project with the 2018 Ecsite conference participants. Here's how!
