Dear speaker and/or convenor at the #Ecsite2018 conference,

The conference programme is live. You can now see at what date and time your session is and start planning your trip to Geneva. Note: your session's title and abstract might have been edited by the Ecsite team, so you don't panic if you don't find it right the way!

The online registration is also open: register before 14 March to benefit from the super early bird discount. Ecsite Full, Sustaining and One person company members benefit from a 25% discount from the non-members registration rate. Ecsite Associate members benefit from a 15% discount. And yes, speakers and convenors need to register like all other participants. Exception granted to Pre-conference speakers who will receive a promotional code for a free registration at their pre-conference workshop.
