The conference venue, Svenska Mässan, has set up a portal dedicated to all logistical aspects of the Trade Show. Shortly after the booth invoice has been settled, staff at the convention centre will contact each exhibitor to agree on the booth layout and arrange the purchase of additional items, including furniture and bespoke panel printing. |

Regulations regarding bringing food and beverages into the Trade Show are established by the convention centre. As a general rule, bringing food and beverages is allowed, provided that:
- it is for personal use;
- if distributed, items must be pre-packaged and shelf-stable.
For full guidance and to ensure compliance with the rules, please consult the relevant webpage. Due to Swedish law, under no circumstances are alcoholic beverages permitted.
Preparing for the Happy Hour
The Happy Hour will take place on Wednesday 3 June at 17:45.
Due to restrictions on serving alcohol, this year’s Trade Show will follow a different format from previous years. To maximise footfall in the exhibition area and ensure that all exhibitors receive sufficient visibility, the Happy Hour will take the form of a treasure hunt. Participants will complete the activity by visiting a certain number of booths.
Each visit will be recorded on a “passport” provided to participants. Exhibitors are therefore encouraged to bring a stamp or a set of stickers to confirm each participant’s visit to their booth.
