The Ecsite 2026 Trade Show has 65 booths, where organisations can present and promote their ideas, products, and innovations to science communicators and other museum professionals. Participation is possible as either a sponsor or an exhibitor. All relevant information is outlined below on this page. |

The Ecsite 2026 Trade Show will take place in the heart of Conference, together with the registration desk. A detailed floor map with booth numbers and sizes is available here. Please take note of your preferred booth number, because you will be asked to complete it in the booking form. Booths which are crossed out have already been sold. |

Booking
Bookings for the 2026 Ecsite Trade Show open on 14 October 2025 and can be made via the booking form. Please make sure to read all relevant information on this page before proceeding with your booking. To ensure fairness, bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date and time recorded in JotForm. |

Sponsor Packages
The Trade Show sponsorship packages offer unique opportunities to maximise your organisation’s visibility at the Ecsite Conference. Sponsorships include a booth, conference tickets, have venue areas named after their organisation, and benefit from increased visibility through prime trade show locations and session initiatives. Prices do not include VAT.
Exhibitors may book additional space beyond the standard booth surface. This must be arranged with us at the time of booking. Additional space is charged at € 500/m². Two organisations may also choose to jointly book a double booth. Each package includes one standard conference ticket. Booth staff who are not registered as regular participants may be unlimited and will have access exclusively to the Ecsite Trade area, and lunch will not be provided for them. |
