Liftoff to Space – traveling exhibition of the Swiss Space Museum at the Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich

Liftoff to Space Premiere

"Liftoff to Space" tells the story of spaceflight and space exploration from the past to the present and the future. Eight different topics on around 600 m2 range from the space race and the moon landing to the future of mankind in space. On display are more than 50 original objects from space travel, including flown parts of a Soyuz rocket, the cone of an Ariane 5 rocket, unique artifacts from the Apollo moon landing and more.

From July 13 to August 4, 2019, the exhibition can be seen at the Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich. Both adults and children can experience space thanks to virtual reality; accompany Neil Armstrong on his way to the moon or take a spacewalk on the ISS. The exhibition also features workshops for kids.
