Registration for Ecsite 2027 opens on 17 February.

Ticket packages

For your convenience, Ecsite has developed Ticket packages to ensure you get the most out of our Flagship Event and can book your tickets with ease.

Whether you opt for an all-inclusive pass - giving you access to Main Event sessions, networking and social events, plus one Pre Event in-depth stream (Deep Dive workshops, CEO Focus for senior leaders of Ecsite member organisations, or Marketing Focus, exclusive to members) - or prefer the flexibility of a one-day ticket, there is a package to suit every participant.

Funding opportunities

Need some help to get to the Ecsite 2027? Why not apply for Erasmus+ funding!

Following feedback from previous years, we’ve made it easier to understand how you can apply for EU funding to attend Ecsite 2027. We’ve also simplified the event name to Ecsite 2027 and created a dedicated page showing just how interactive and hands-on our programme is. Explore the Ecsite 2027 programme page here.

What do you need to do?

  • You must work as part of an organisation.
  • Contact your local Erasmus+ office to find out about funding available in your country.
  • Apply for an Organisation ID - check first if your institution already has one. 
  • Then apply for Key Action 1 Mobility Fund - Staff Mobility - this allows Adult Staff to travel to another country in the EU for active courses and training, please be sure to read the stipulations carefully before applying.
  • Please email us at info@ecsite.eu if you need us to sign any documents.
  • You must apply locally, we understand the process is the same for each country.
