An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Public Engagement team at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridgeshire.

We are looking for an Exhibitions and Interpretation Coordinator to shape and develop our upcoming programme of exhibitions and wider Campus experiences including our monthly Open Saturday programme.

The post is a full time 1-year maternity cover with a salary range £36,078 to £43,655 depending on experience.

You’ll work among our community of 2,000 staff and students from across the Campus, including the Wellcome Sanger Institute and EMBL-European Bioinformatics Institute, to develop and evaluate experiences for our visitors and target communities. In particular, the role will have responsibility for curation of the content in our Genome Gallery, a dedicated exhibition space located at the heart of our Campus.

You’ll also play a lead role in our monitoring and evaluation strategy, examining the relationship between the Campus community, its science and our audiences.
