Moving away from the standard sponsorship packages of previous years, we have introduced a form that allows you to mix and match the ideal combination of choices to build a tailored solution. If you are interested in exhibiting, we are offering our three traditional booth options. A total of 55 booths will be available, giving organisations a platform to present and promote their ideas, products, and innovations directly to science communicators and museum professionals. The Ecsite 2027 Trade Show will take place at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in Paris from 8–10 June, and bookings will be accepted from 12 October to 30 April. Sponsorship and Trade Show bookings for 2027 open on 12 October and can be made directly via our booking form. Please ensure you review all the relevant information on this page before proceeding with your selection, particularly if you intend to become a sponsor. Shortly after submission, you will be contacted to confirm the availability of your chosen booth and package. To guarantee fairness, all bookings are handled on a strict first-come, first-served basis, determined by the exact date and time stamp recorded in JotForm. |

At the event, sponsorships typically include booths, tickets, and branded areas, events, and awards. Three booth formats are available:
Prices do not include VAT. Exhibitors may also request additional space beyond the standard booth dimensions. This must be arranged with us at the time of booking and is charged at € 500/m². Each package includes one standard participant ticket, as well as a 50% discount on a second ticket for Ecsite members. Please have a look at the specific details here on the right to learn about what is included in a booking. A timeline is also available for you to check at which stage you are in the process that leads from booking to exhibiting. The Ecsite 2027 Trade Show will be located at the heart of the event. A detailed floor map with booth numbers and sizes will soon be available here. Please take note of your preferred booth number, because you will be asked to complete it in the booking form. Booths which are crossed out have already been sold.
