Co-organised by Ecsite and its sister science engagement networks: ASPAC, ASTC, NAMES, RedPOP and SAASTEC, and hosted by Ecsite member Heureka, the 2023 International Directors Forum aimed to be a catalyst for change and to put the importance of science engagement organisations at the forefront of discussions around the world.

The 2023 International Directors Forum was an unique opportunity to network and build relationships in a small group of 200 participants. Senior leaders from all six regional networks shared their expertise and debated the field's response to contemporary challenges such as the climate and biodiversity crisis, and misinformation.
