Six months or one year internship for English speaking Edutainer/Explainer

Job description:

- Providing direct contact with visitors of Techmania Science Center - Providing skilled information about exhibitions and events to the public - Managing of special education programs for primary and high school students - Presentation of scientific shows - Participation in adjustments and compositions of education programs and scientific shows - Managing of action plans and supervising of themed events for popularization of science - Administrative support of science center´s agenda (language corrections of English written materials or websites etc.) - No Czech language skills needed

Job requirements:

- English native speaker - At least one-year working experience as Explainer/Edutainer/guide in a science center or similar organization - Orientation in topics of science centers and informal education - Interest in working abroad - Positive affiliation to science and techniques - Very good interpersonal and communication skills - Get ready to start working in the first months of the year 2011
