The precious key to everything: your personal conference account To post ideas on the Forum, submit a session proposal and later register for the conference, you will need a conference account. You will be able to create one on the Ecsite website if you’re a newcomer. If you attended an Ecsite conference in the past, you already have an account – please make sure to use this same one in order not to create confusing double identity situations! Two popular sessions: “What’s new in travelling exhibitions?” and the Project Poster Showcase To submit a four-minute exhibition presentation for the popular travelling exhibitions session or a poster for the Poster Project Showcase, send your short abstract of maximum 600 characters to Lucy Schweingruber by the proposal deadline. Each institution can present one poster or travelling exhibition.

Note that we are not able to accept late submissions and that speakers and convenors register and pay for the conference like all other participants.
