Experyment Science Centre in Gdynia, Poland, is planning to submit a proposal in ERASMUS+ SMALL-SCALE PARTNERSHIPS IN THE FIELD OF YOUTH and seeks 2 science centres/museums/institutions from EU member states interested in participating in a knowledge-sharing project. As the programme is designed to widen access to Erasmus+, we seek for small-scale actors, less experienced organizations and newcomers to the Erasmus+ Programme

Midyear program 2022

The Planetarium Science Center is organizing the Mid-year Program for students of ages 4-16 years old, during the period 6 to 17 February 2022. Online registration will open from Tuesday, 25th of January 2022 till all places are reserved.

Science programs

Target group (4-6 years old): Discover the World
Target group (6-9 years old): Thinking Camp
Target group (9-12 years old): 20 Scientific Facts on Cartoon
Target group (12-16 years old): Theory of Movement, Engineering Drawing programs

Bibliotheca Alexandrina Planetarium Science Center 5 September 2022

The PSC is inviting all school students of ages 4-17 years to join the Summer Program, starting from the 18th of May till the 5th of September 2019.
The program includes various activities, such as practical experiments, scientific contests, lectures, and Planetarium and Auditorium shows. The purpose of this program is to emphasize the bond between students and learning by approaching knowledge through fun and games.

Eratosthenes festivity 2018

The Eratosthenes Festivity has become an annual tradition that takes place every year on 21 June at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina; It is designed for preparatory school students, and includes a series of activities that revolve around the methodology Eratosthenes applied in measuring the Earth’s circumference 2000 years ago. On the 21st of June, the day of summer solstice, the 21st century school students conduct Eratosthenes’ experiment on the BA Plaza, and in Aswan (Upper Egypt) to measure the circumference of Earth.
