Fit4Food has made available an exhaustive report and analysis on food systems. The project has also created a set of cards that can be used to inform discussions on topics related to food systems, such as circularity, climate change and nutritous and healthy diets among others.
The past few months have seen the FIT4FOOD2030 City Labs begin to take shape, with eight workshops taking place so far. On the agenda: developing a vision of a desirable future food system for their communities as impetus for change.
T4FOOD2030 has been given the task of developing new educational activities that build the competences needed for more resilient and future-proof food systems. Share with us any innovative formats or activities that you consider scalable, transferable, and adaptable. Are you committed to a healthy and sustainable future for your city? FIT4FOOD2030 invites you to join “Sustainable Food Systems for Cities”, an opportunity to explore selected Research and Innovation (R&I) initiatives within the cities involved in the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP).
FIT4FOOD2030 City and Policy Lab representatives from 11 European countries meet for two intense days of training at the campus of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Ecsite’s partner on the FIT4FOOD project, the Living Lab for Health at IrsiCaixa, is looking for an institution in charge of implementing Science Shop activities to join the project as a Third Party with the role of City Lab. Apply by 10 December 2017.
