Reimagining educational systems for the 21st century - Part 2

This workshop is an opportunity for attendees to really tackle the topics raised by the speakers in the first part of this in-depth session of "Reimagining Educational Systems for the 21st Century". It is not essential to have attended Part 1 to join this workshop, but it is recommended.

Part 1 asked leading experts to share their perspectives on what the future of learning could and should hold, with a particular focus on the area of interest for our Ecsite community - science learning and engagement. This workshop session brings us to the "reimagining" alluded to in the session title. What is our role in an ever-changing, complex, interconnected world. What changes do we need to embrace in order for us to play a purposeful, meaningful role in education and learning in the years to come?

Using futures thinking and collective imagination, groups will develop and share their visions for the science learning of the future.

This session is sponsored by ATELIER BRÜCKNER as a part of the 21st century skills conference track.
