Call for a Host : International Directors Forum on Science Engagement in 2023

Ecsite, in collaboration with the science engagement networks ASPAC, ASTC, NAMES, RedPOP and SAASTEC, will hold the first International Directors Forum on Science Engagement in November 2023 in Europe. The Forum is an exclusive and inspiring two-day event for about two hundred CEOs of non-profit or public benefit organisations, members of at least one of the 6 networks organising the event.

Ecsite is hereby inviting Ecsite Full Member organisations to apply to host and organise the first International Directors Forum in 2023.

This International Directors Forum on Science Engagement will focus on the issues of Climate and Biodiversity Crisis and of Misinformation and fostering Critical-thinking. A trusted arena where CEO's can foster and build relationships, the Forum will focus on facilitating discussions among directors, recognising their expertise in leading their institutions and exchanging knowledge and expertise with one another. The rich diversity of cultures present in the six networks will be leveraged to foster richer and more productive engagement among the participants.

Hosting the first International Directors Forum on Science Engagement is a great opportunity to showcase your organisation to the leaders and decision-makers in the worldwide science engagement field.

The deadline to apply is Sunday 15 May 2022 at 23:59 CEST. You can find more information in the detailed call document and application form below.
