The 2021 Ecsite Conference will take place online between 9-11 June. It will be hosted on Hopin, a platform offering different interactive areas including a virtual trade show, where you will be able to present your products and services and create meaningful connections.

This virtual trade show will be the Ecsite Conference's Business Buzz and will be open for the whole period of the Conference and all participants will be able to visit your booth at any time.

At the Business Buzz, Conference participants will be able to explore your booth, schedule one-on-one private video chats and join a roundtable organised by you, as well as watch promotional videos, product demonstrations and find out more about your business.

This is the opportunity to make business when travelling is not an option.

Beyond a booth - you'll need to make the buzz

A stand-alone booth at a virtual trade fair is not enough to generate the buzz you need for your business. And that's why we are excited to host the Conference on Hopin! Beyond files and videos, your booth can host LIVE and pre-recorded sessions - you'll be able to create an exciting programme for booth visitors, from training sessions, to workshops, competitions, demos, tours...

AND throughout the Conference you'll experience many opportunities to meet new contacts and make business:

• Host a session within the Conference main programme (a possibility to all Conference sponsors or anyone who submitted ideas via the Conference call for proposals)
• Actively participate in Conference sessions (Hopin offers different interactive possibilities, from public chats and polls, to requests to come on screen)
• Join the networking carousel and meet participants randomly in a fun and interactive 'speed dating'-type way
• Request to meet attendees one-on-one; you'll not only be able to chat via text but also video call!
• Use the above opportunities to drive people to discover your booth.
