As of 23 October, the interactive special exhibition “EY ALTER – du kannst dich mal kennenlernen” (HEY MAN – get to know yourself sometime) will be offering fresh and new ideas focusing on ageing, day-to-day life and the world of work.

What does it actually mean to be young and when are we considered old? Is there something within every one of us? What surprising skills do we have that are unknown to us? This new exhibition takes a look at demographic change from a positive perspective. Divided into four topic areas, the exhibition brings alive how our thoughts determine young and old, how multi-faceted our actual age is, the skills that we can offer and what this means for our day-to-day lives, as well as our professional lives and the way teams are put together.

Visitors can evaluate their skills by playing at a variety of interactive stations. For example, in the “Fitness course” section, they can put their potential to the test in a special type of training session. The individual results are then recorded and evaluated on an EYCard.

At the end of the exhibition, case studies from various professional fields provide concrete examples of how the young and more experienced can work together. Perspectives which offer a constructive view of the future and leave visitors feeling emboldened.

The initiative and ideas for this exhibition came from the Mercedes-Benz plant based in Bremen.
