This exhibit reveals the ingenuity and brilliance of a man before his time, explores the myths and legends surrounding his life and considers how his legacy inspires and challenges us today. It also learns the visitors which influence this man has on our daily life. A lot of inventions are integrated in the technical instruments we use today, like the aircraft and maritime industry. His inventions are presented by 40-60 in scale 3-dimensional models and made of materials which were available at Leonardo da Vinci's time, like wood, cloth, metal and cords. The models and machines are mostly interactive and based upon the original sketches of Leonardo da Vinci. Computer simulations and documentary movies as well as a special Leonardo Video Guide system give the audience a deep impact and innovative experience.
