Through Ecsite, members have the opportunity to participate in collaborative projects shaping the future of science engagement. Ecsite runs projects funded by the European Commission as well as initiatives in partnership with other organisations. These projects often allow the development of resources like toolkits or guides available to all.

MUSE - Museo delle Scienze is involved with the following projects

What are benefits and risks of advancing nanotechnology research? What are the expectations and concerns of the different people impacted by the development of this fast-growing field? Could we gather this knowledge and design recommendations to shape future policies that will drive these advancements in a more responsible way? This is what NANO2ALL is about: promoting mutual learning, informed dialogue and societal engagement in responsible nanotechnology. Stay tuned!

2015 - 2018

Coordinated by Ecsite, Sparks is an ambitious engagement project on the topic of technology shifts in health and medicine. Its aim is to raise awareness and communicate the concept of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) to Europeans in 29 countries.
