A multiple award-winning astronomer from the Netherlands and Professor of Molecular Astrophysics at Leiden University, Ewine's current passion is the hunt for water and the water cycle in space. This will provide answers to questions such as: where does the water in our rivers come from? And: could there be life on other planets?

Executive Director at the Institute for Learning Innovation and Emeritus Sea Grant Professor of Free-Choice Learning at Oregon State University, John is a leading expert on free-choice learning. His talk is titled: "What Price Enhanced Well-Being? Re-thinking how to define and measure the value of museum experiences."
