Ecsite presents discussion games on migration at the IDEA conference

The International Debate Education Association (IDEA) in cooperation with the Open Society Youth Initiative are organising a two-day conference on 19-20 November 2010 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The goal for the event is to share experiences and ideas about successful methodologies, programs and projects aimed at the inclusion of marginalized, migrant and minority youth. The conference is opened to educators (teachers, academics, etc.), youth and social workers, representatives of non-governmental organizations and community- based organizations and groups, youth organizations and youth leaders, representatives of local governments (particularly from departments addressing the problems of youth). Ecsite will present the Decide discussion game in the context of the FUND project. the goal of the workshop is to create engagement and empower disadvantaged and minority groups thanks to the tools developed in science communication.
