Who are we? Profiling science centre staff and visitors

What is the current profile of the science organisation sector and how do we know this? How can we use this information to inform action and decision-making? There are many initiatives aiming to improve equity of access to the informal science and cultural sectors, not only for visitors but also our workforce.

This session will present and discuss data from four initiatives, enabling participants to reflect on whether these insights confirm or confound expectations, consider how to collect better data and how the data can be used to inform future activity and ways of working.
