Welcome! The art of hospitality

How can communication with your visitors strengthen their visit and your brand? Authentic hospitality is extremely important for science organisations to give visitors an unforgettable experience and to have more fun in your everyday work. The art of giving people the feeling that they are welcome goes beyond simple 'good service'.

This session will share some best practices to inspire you and your teams. We’ll start with an ice-breaker to get to know each other and explore our own experiences with hospitality, followed by best-practice presentations from our speakers. Come and listen to lots of tips & tricks, useful advice and easy to copy examples to inspire and make your organisation even more hospitable.
