Science has, once again, attracted many visitors in Zagreb, Croatia to the 3rd Science Picnic, one-day event which is now traditionally held once a year, thanks to the Science Popularisers Network and Professor Balthazar’s Association. This year, Science Picnic gathered more than 330 science educators from 10 countries around the world, who were approaching science to more than 30.000 visitors. They enjoyed many presentations, experiments, science shows and new technology such as 3D printing, building your own microscope or enjoying optical illusion.
The third edition of Science Picnic was also a great opportunity to announce the new Science Edutainment Centre ZEZ in Zagreb – a permanent home for Science Picnic and all other science popularisers.
