Job: Customer Experience Director

The CED will take executive responsibility for service standards to customer groups through daily Duty Management. With directorial responsibility for Building Services and Visitor Services, the CED will lead these functions providing guidance and motivation through positive coaching and management. The CED will have responsibility for ensuring that the attraction continually meets the required standards to retain its 5-star grading awarded by Visit Scotland and maintain its Gold award from the Green Tourism Initiative.
