The call for session proposals for the 2022 Ecsite Conference - the European Science Engagement Conference - is open until 2 November 2021. Thanks to the call the majority of Conference sessions in the programme come from you, the participants - whether you are a member of the Ecsite network or not.

Submitting a session idea can be daunting but speaking, or holding a workshop, at the Conference is incredibly rewarding. This year we want to make submission easier and we are inviting you to attend one of our free webinars. We will guide you through the process and share pro-tips and inspiration, helping you to submit your best session proposals ahead of the deadline on 2 November.

You can join each Tuesday until the last day of the call - 19, 26 October and 2 November at 12:30 CEST/CET. Each webinar will last 30 minutes.

The webinar will be held by Wiktor Gajewski, Events Manager at Ecsite, responsible for the upcoming Conference and a "serial speaker" at the event himself in previous years. He will be joined each week by special guests from the Conference Programme Committee - the team of professionals who decide which sessions from the call will be chosen for the programme. You will be able to ask them what are they looking for in particular for the 2022 edition, and gain precious tips and advice.
