The Ecsite Extraorinary General Assembly (EGA) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 will take place during the Ecsite 2023 Conference in Malta on Friday 16 June from 15:45 - 17:15

Voting rights

One representative from each full member organisation is invited to vote. If your institution cannot be present at the EGA and AGM, you can give a proxy to another Full member who will then be able to vote on your behalf.

This is an official process, so more information will be provided nearer to the time as to how you can do this.
