Following the success of the online help sessions last year, we will be running them again this year for anyone interested in submitting a proposal for the Ecsite 2023 Conference.

We will take you step by step through the submission process and answer any questions you may have.

Three virtual help sessions will take place:

• Tuesday 6 September 2022 from 14:00 to 14:45 CEST
• Thursday 15 September 2022 from 14:00 to 14:45 CEST
• Tuesday 20 September 2022 from 14:00 to 14:45 CEST
• Tuesday 18 October 2022 from 14:00 to 14:45 CEST - last chance before the call for proposal closes on 31 October!
