The CLEVERFOOD for Everyone Travelling Exhibition Arrives in Denmark

CLEVERFOOD Exhibition Denmark

The CLEVERFOOD for Everyone travelling exhibition has officially arrived in Denmark!

Launched by the EU-funded project CLEVERFOOD, the exhibition was co-created by project partners in a process coordinated by Pavilhão do Conhecimento - Ciência Viva Science Centre in Lisbon, Portugal. Produced by Hüttinger Interactive Exhibitions, "CLEVERFOOD for everyone" is touring Europe until December 2026, following the European Union Presidency Semester.

After successful stops in Hungary, at the Museum of Hungarian Agriculture in Budapest, and in Poland at Experyment Science Centre in Gdynia, the exhibition is now hosted by Experimentarium in Copenhagen, where it will remain until December 2025.

The exhibition will captivate curious minds and inspire visitors of all ages with fresh perspectives on sustainable food systems. A wealth of activities and interactive experiences will be available throughout this period.

A successful first event was held on Tuesday, June 17th. This special gathering was organized in collaboration with Copenhagen University College and invited school teachers to explore the exhibition. The event focused on sustainable food systems and the didactics of taste, offering educators new tools and inspiration to bring into their classrooms.

Throughout the exhibition's duration, visitors can interact with knowledgeable explainers stationed within the exhibition. These facilitators are eager to engage guests in meaningful dialogue centred around the exhibition’s key themes. The experience is designed to be hands-on and thought-provoking, encouraging direct conversations about food sustainability.

In addition to activities at Experimentarium, the exhibition will be part of Gentofte Municipality's annual cultural festival, Culture & Festivities, celebrated over four days in June. During the festival’s "Cool, Healthy and Safe" family event in the park, Experimentarium will showcase the CLEVERFOOD for Everyone exhibition to the wider community. Visitors to the festival can expect to meet explainers who will present the exhibition through informative posters and engaging examples of sustainable food systems.

If you’re in Copenhagen, don’t miss the chance to experience the CLEVERFOOD for Everyone exhibition first-hand at Experimentarium. More details on their website (an English version of the page will be available soon).

Can’t catch it in Denmark? The exhibition will also travel to Cyprus and Ireland, or you can explore the online version on the CLEVERFOOD website.
