'''Micromondi-Microworlds A journey through the world of the microscopically small.''' A fascinating journey through the world of the microscopically small, where the protagonists, invisible to the naked eye, are animals, plants, natural and artificial objects, water microorganisms, cells, bacteria and viruses, down to the extreme size of the atomic surface. The images making up the exhibition are taken mostly with the scanning electron microscope, which allows a stunning clarity and depth of field. They appear even more spectacular thanks to digital colouring, carried out on most of them.
