During the Tulip Festival in April, NEMO’s rooftop will be decorated with wonderful tulips. On the roof you can also find the open-air exhibition Energetica, a large terrace and a restaurant, all with beautiful views of the city of Amsterdam. The roof is accessible free of charge during opening hours.

About Tulip Festival

Tulp Festival Amsterdam blossoms each year in the capital for the whole month of April. Hundreds of thousands of tulips will brighten the springtime streets of the city.
Residents and visitors alike can enjoy the cheerful spring flower on tens of locations across the city. Colourful tulip arrangements in tubs and scales will liven up streets, parks, squares, shopping malls, bridges, railway stations and gardens of museums and hotels. The tulip presentions are spread over all Amsterdam’s city districts: Centre, North, East, West, New-West, South and South-East. All displays in public areas are free to enjoy.
