Berta chemistry for the youngest
Want to increase children´s interest in chemistry?
Berta the dragon just loves two things in this world more than anything; to blow fire and experiment! She wants to invite all children from the age of four to eight to join her wonderful world of chemistry.
The display includes Berta´s chemistry equipment for groups of children, all nicely packed into a large box ready to be used in schools, science centers, fairs and other places who would like to meet Berta. The work always starts with a children´s story from the book about Berta, produced along with Plast- & Kemiföretagen. In the stories you get to meet Berta and her friends and family and each one ends up in an interesting experiment session, with group activities and individual work.
NAVET is a science centre in Borås, Sweden full of scientific, technical and mathematical wonders. With the aid of short dramas, experiments, visualisations and brain teasers, many different concepts and themes are treated. Context, development and creativity are important ingredients in all the work we do at NAVET. When these all combine to work together, they give the visitor knowledge, ideas and greater interest in technology, science and mathematics.
