The report paints the picture of a successful edition. In their feedback, participants urged conference organisers to look into two questions: the event's environmental impact, and the need to widen its thematic horizons by encouraging speakers from outside the science engagement field to join.

The Annual Conference Programme Committee and the hosts of the 2016 edition in Graz, Austria, are taking this feedback seriously and putting in place a series of measures.
