Science Centre Heureka's Wild Wild Wood exhibition has won the internationally recognised Red Dot Design award.

The Red Dot awards running since 1955 and have three editions: Product design, Brands & Communication Design, and Design Concept. Heureka's exhibition has won the awarded for Brands & Communications Design, in which international agencies, designers and companies are invited to take part each year. The award ceremony will take place on 28 October 2022 at the Red Dot gala in Berlin.

The Wild Wild Wood exhibition deals with the properties and possibilities of the use of wood in the construction of future societies. At the exhibition, visitors can get to know the traditional and modern technologies of woodworking, the importance of forests and wood products in mitigating climate change, and the versatile properties of wood material in products and construction. The exhibition is a multisensory, personal and powerful experience of the wonders of wood, with many fun shared activities!

Wild Wild Wood is on display at Heureka science centre until 8 January 2023.
