On 25 October, the Continuum in Kerkrade welcomed its first new visitors on the museums square since its transformation. The Continuum Discovery Centre is now part of a larger structure including two new facilities, namely the Colombus Earth Theatre and the Cube Design Museum. Thanks to these additions Kerkrade gets the first upside down planetarium in the world and the first design museum in the Netherlands. The new complex's name is Museums of the Future because of their innovative and groundbreaking character.
