Conseil Général de Dordogne

The General Council of Dordogne (CG-24), based in Périgueux (Dordogne, France) is an elected assembly supported by a public administration of 2500 staff members. In charge of many activities (infrastructures, health, education, social assistance, agriculture, etc.) the CG-24 is also the main actor in Dordogne Department to support cultural activities. Being in charge of many Palaeolithic sites and prehistoric museums, amongst which the famous Lascaux cave, the CG-24 want to share and exchange with the community of science communication professionals in order to better answers to its audience, composed notably of European tourists. Engaged in an ambitious project of touring exhibition, CG-24 wants to share its experience in managing an Arts & Sciences project at international level.
