There will be various price categories for the Business Bistro 2012.
Packages: Exhibitors can choose out of 3 types of packages.
Type 1 (participating exhibitor): 3110€ +VAT
Included in the package is: – a 4 m² space (width: 2m / depth: 2m / height: 2.5m) – company name panel & booth number – white side & back walls – basic electricity 1 – light in each booth – furniture: 1 table & 2 chairs – internet connection – listing (+logo) and short description of the company’s profile in the AC exhibitor catalogue – one free registration for the full conference – possibility to register 1 extra person at reduced price before April 20th.
Type 2 (full exhibitor): 3620€ +VAT
Included in the package is: – a 6 m² space (width: 3m / depth: 2m / height: 2.5m) – company name panel & booth number – white side & back walls – basic electricity – light in each booth – furniture: 1 table & 2 chairs – internet connection – listing (+logo) and short description of the company’s profile in the AC exhibitor catalogue – two free registrations for the full conference – possibility to register 2 extra persons at reduced price before April 20th.
Type 3 (Corporate Partner): 6120€ +VAT
Included in the package is: – a 6 m² space (width: 3m / depth: 2m / height: 2.5m) – company name panel & booth number – white side & back walls – basic electricity – light in each booth – furniture: 1 table & 2 chairs – internet connection – listing (+logo) and short description of the company’s profile in the AC exhibitor catalogue – two free registrations for the full conference – possibility to register 2 extra persons at reduced price before April 20th. – logo on every publication of Ecsite for the conference (announcements, advertisements, back page of the conference programme) – logo in the Ecsite Newsletter (4 times a year) – logo on the Ecsite Website for a full year – one full page advertisement in the Ecsite Newsletter (value: € 800,00) – insert of material at the conference bag
