The Facilitation Group is dedicated to building a community for all staff who deliver learning experiences within a museum. From explainers, scientists, artists, volunteers and the public - we are a forum where they can investigate their roles, training practices and professional development. The Facilitation Group also monitors and promotes best practice in terms of engagement techniques - focusing on approaches such as tinkering, making, and co-construction.
