New governance for Ecsite's REV Group

The members were elected during the REV pre-conference workshop on Innovation and Collaboration in Research & Evaluation, at the Ecsite Conference 2012 in Toulouse. This marks the official creation of the REV group, although the group has already been active for the past two years.
