For almost three years now, Ecsite has worked alongside GRACE project partners to support the implementation of institutional change in six research performing and funding organisations, with a particular focus on public engagement and science education, two keys dimensions of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) as understood at the European level.
In order to open new roads to science education in Europe, the Lisbon Council and Ecsite are inviting stakeholders in education and policymakers across Europe to engage in a discussion about policies around innovative European school education systems.
In this last session, participants will learn about existing funding opportunities for citizen science projects at European level.
An opportunity for participants to envision the impact their projects could make.
The first event in this Workroom will feature an inspiring keynote speaker, Anne Bowser, and stories from Citizen science projects that have made an impact.
