#Ecsite2018: Last weeks to complete your session description

A session at #Ecsite2017 - Porto

Dear convenors & speakers,

This is your last chance to work on your session description before it is "frozen" for editing and then published in the online programme. What do you need to do:

  • Check that your public profile on the Ecsite website is accurate and complete (don't forget to add a profile picture);
  • Follow the remarks given by the ACPC and refine your session description online
  • Structure and edit your abstract for publication: try to reduce your abstract to 900 characters including spaces, and if your session's title contains the words "collision" and "creative" we also recommend you change it for a simple and descriptive title that clearly states what to expect from a session.

The deadline is the end of Saturday 27 January 2018. Abstracts will then be “frozen” and edited by the Ecsite team, who will also build the conference programme and launch it together with the opening of online registrations on 14 February 2017.

Log in with your Ecsite account and browse through the sessions that will make up the programme here.
