#Ecsite2017 speakers: brush up your session

session at the #Ecsite2016 conference

Dear convenors & speakers,

This is your last chance to work on your session description before it is "frozen" for editing and then published in the online programme on 22 February. What do you need to do:

  • Check that your public profile on the Ecsite website is accurate and complete (don't forget to add a profile picture);
  • Follow the remarks given by the ACPC and refine your session description online
  • Structure and edit your abstract for publication

The deadline is the end of Friday 27 January 2017. Abstracts will then be “frozen” and edited by the Ecsite team, who will also build the conference programme and launch it together with the opening of online registrations on 22 February 2017.

Log in with your Ecsite account and browse through the sessions that will make up the programme here.
