Ecsite is delighted to announce the appointment of Maya Halevy as Chairperson of The Mariano Gago Ecsite Awards.

Maya, Director at The Bloomfield Science Museum Jerusalem is a former Beacon of the year winner and recently served as a member of the jury.

As an active member of Ecsite for over 10 years, including speaking at Ecsite Conferences and working in projects Maya is very well placed to take over the Chairpersonship.

The Mariano Gago Ecsite Awards are 'the' awards in the field of science engagement, rewarding the great activities of Ecsite member organisations.

The 2023 Awards will be launched in November.
