Ecsite’s thematic group on Nature is now preparing its activities for 2010. A survey is launched and institutions are invited to fill it in. We want to know what you organised during the Darwin Year and what useful tips and comments you could share with the rest of the community.

A report will be prepared and presented during the Pre conference workshop of the Nature Group to take place on June 2nd at DASA, Dortmund, Germany. Based on what came out of AC2009, and with a range of external experts from diverse fields, the Nature group will explore how to change perceptions and behavior in relation to complex issues such as health, environment; public safety. This will be a collaborative session to brand biodiversity protection in an engaging and positive way that has been proven to be more effective to reach even the reluctant ones.
